Lia Catering: A Culinary Journey Rooted in Culture and Connection
Chalia, the founder of Lia Catering, has always believed in the power of food to bring people together. Growing up in a lively Mexican household, her passion for cooking blossomed early, leading her to open Chalia’s Bakery in 2007—a stepping stone in her culinary journey. In 2010, she graduated from M Tech Culinary Arts School, honing her skills and cultivating a vision to share her heritage through food.
In 2013, following the heartbreaking loss of her daughter, Chalia founded The Brulee Catering in her memory. Over the next nine years, she built a thriving business celebrated for its bold, gourmet flavors and authenticity.
Now, Chalia returns with an innovative concept—a fusion charcuterie board experience that beautifully blends Mexican, Mediterranean, Italian, and American influences. Through Lia Catering, she brings her passion to life once more, focusing on high-quality, homemade ingredients and visually stunning boards that reflect the rich tapestry of her culinary story.
